After the launch and best-seller status of her book BYOB: The Unapologetic Guide to Being Your Own BossGloria was invited to deliver a number of keynote lectures and tailored workshops to a variety of Departments at the University of Toronto.

Gloria opened the 2014 Next Steps Conference to hundreds of delegates for Alumni Affairs and the Career Centre, to a social media workshop for the Munk School of Global Affairs in partnership with the CERES, and spoke about entrepreneurial thinking to undergraduate students at the University of Toronto Scarborough campus. Each workshop and speaking session, trained the students and delegates to explore the role social media plays in their career and business building, what to focus on as they market and position themselves for the world of work, and how to think like a boss in order to become the boss.
